Our care package packing party on 12/1/23 was a success. We sent 107 care packages to active duty service members all over the world. We are so appreciative of the support we received from the community to fill these boxes with treats and swag to be enjoyed by the service members who received them.
We are now collecting names of active duty service members for our 2024 care package mailing. Please use the link below to add the name of a service member that you would like to receive a package.
We are getting ready to send care packages to active duty service members in November 2024. Guidelines for donating to our care packages
If you have items you would like to donate directly, please contact us to coordinate a drop off or pick up time by one of our board members.
Please contact us via our contact us page before you start your project to discuss current needs.
Food items must be in UNOPENED boxes and packages.
Please check expiration dates and only purchase items that will be good after our mailing date. Please reach out to us to coordinate as we would like to receive items at least two weeks prior to packing day. All other donations are welcome at any time.
We prefer to receive items unopened, in the original package, and simply delivered in bags or boxes.
We are happy to provide you a receipt for tax purposes. We will need a personal name or name of the organization or company, a mailing address and approximate value of the items donated.
