2024 Care Packages

We had a great evening of packing Holiday care packages, hoping to bring some Christmas cheer to 104 active duty service members, abroad and stateside. Thank you to everyone that donated, and those who came to volunteer to help pack. We appreciate each and every one of you!.

2023 Care Packages

Guidelines for donating to our care packages

If you have items you would like to donate directly, please contact us to coordinate a drop off or pick up time by one of our board members.

  • Please contact us via our contact us page  before you start your project to discuss current needs.

  • Food items must be in UNOPENED boxes and packages. 

  • Please check expiration dates and only purchase items that will be good after our mailing date. Please reach out to us to coordinate as we would like to receive items at least two weeks prior to packing day. All other donations are welcome at any time. 

  • We prefer to receive items unopened, in the original package, and simply delivered in bags or boxes.

  • We are happy to provide you a receipt for tax purposes. We will need a personal name or name of the organization or company, a mailing address and approximate value of the items donated.

  • Please review this list of prohibited items that cannot be mailed.
